Gentle exercises for older people

The Coronavirus crisis has meant that many older people are at home and are not getting their normal physical activities to maintain their strength and fitness. 

The Tuesday Gentle Exercise class is a group of older people who get together to maintain their strength and fitness. The exercises are specifically designed for older people and include strength building, flexibility and cardio exercises.

This class is being run online through zoom and will be just as much fun as being live in the room. The teacher will be there to help you and make sure you are doing the exercise correctly.

The class is run by a qualified health professional who has many years experience and is committed to helping make exercise accessible and engaging.
