Virtual fitness for mums and bubs!
This is a free virtual program that will replace Glebe Mums and Bubs fitness in the time of Covid-19.
It will run via Zoom on Monday & Wednesday mornings 10:00-10:30
It is a post-natal fitness class using minimal equipment and body weight that can be done from home.
The class facilitator is Eleanor, Youth and Community worker and qualified personal trainer from the City of Sydney (and a Glebe Connected superstar).
Please make sure you have a clear area to move. Take breaks when needed to drink water or to have a breather. Exercise within your physical limits to stay safe and injury free.
It is recommended that people who have not been physically active and/or are aged 60 years and over consult a medical professional prior to participation in any online directed fitness activities.
