Glebe Library Services Reopening
City of Sydney libraries are currently in the process of returning to service following social distancing laws.
Along with Glebe library, Customs House, Green Square, Surry Hills and Kings Cross libraries are currently open with reserve and collect, computer and printing services and returns available. No other branches or services are available at this time and strict social distancing measures are in place at these branches.
These services are available at the following times:
Glebe Library: 11am to 3pm, Monday and Friday.
Customs House, Green Square and Surry Hills libraries: 11am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Kings Cross Library: 11am to 3pm, Tuesday and Thursday.
Reserve and Collect
You can reserve items in the online catalogue to be collected from Customs House, Green Square, Surry Hills, Kings Cross and Glebe libraries as a contactless service.
The library will notify you when your items are available to collect. Due to a high volume of requests at this time, it may take longer than usual for your request to be processed.

Computer and Printing Services
Self-service computers at Customs House, Green Square, Surry Hills, Kings Cross and Glebe libraries are available to book free of charge. Fees apply for printing and photocopying. Bookings can be made for 45 minutes and are limited to 1 session per person per day.

Returns
All existing loans will be automatically renewed until 30 September 2020. If you wish to return any items on loan, return chutes are open at the branches during reserve and collect times. All returns chutes at other branches are closed. Returned items will be quarantined for 72 hours and remain on the borrower’s library card during this time.
City of Sydney libraries are working to reopen more branches and services as quickly and safely as possible. In the meantime, the library allows you to continue using their digital collection. You can also enjoy their popular storytime and rhymetime online or book in to an online Adobe Photoshop or InDesign class.
